Based locally in Berkshire, Birgit specialises in food, hospitality and lifestyle photography, working with independent restaurants and producers to capture the craft, care and character behind what they do.
We were lucky enough to have Birgit photograph The George during our relaunch, and she managed to capture exactly what we hoped people would feel when they walk through the door - good food, good company and a pub full of life. Her photographs have played a big part in helping us share that story.
